At the Fourteenth Annual Commercial Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 28 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC, the Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS® (GWCAR) named its top agents in finance, development, sales, and leasing for 2008. A new Retail category was added, as well as a President's Award and Broker of the Year. More than 300 commercial real estate professionals were in attendance as the top performers in each category were honored.
