	Brendan McCarthy Award The Brendan McCarthy Award is given annually to the GWCAR member who has demonstrated outstanding contributions to the community. To honor each awardee, a portion of the proceeds from GWCAR's Annual Awards Dinner is given to the winner's charity of choice.
