REQUIRED: Applicants must meet criteria of at least 100,000 square feet or eight million dollars ($8,000,000) ALV. They must also submit a Best in Industry nomination form.

Complete a DC, MD and/or VA Jurisdictional Chart Worksheet (within the Excel Spreadsheet) for each region you are applying for. You may also enter transactions from outside the GWCAR region onto the fourth (Other) Worksheet. Your totals will be automatically calculated on the last (Totals) Worksheet. Click on the link below to download the Jurisdictional Chart.

Read the online Awards Application, linked below. You will need just a few items to complete the application, including your Broker's email address and the completed Jurisdictional Chart. |

A request for approval will automatically be emailed to your Broker for submittal to GWCAR. |
Winners will be announced at the March 25 GWCAR Annual Commercial Awards Dinner honoring the Top Developer / Landlord Agents and other Commercial Awards winners!
