Awards
Sets annual awards and criteria, tabulates submissions, and assists in planning annual awards dinner event.

Commercial Summit
Helps secure sponsors and speakers, including a big-name keynote speaker and panel of industry leaders sharing their insights on the market.

Community Involvement
Recommends to the Board of Directors annual charitable contributions from the association.

Education
Reviews and makes recommendations regarding education seminars and events, monitors state-mandated educational requirements for licensing in VA, MD, and DC and promotes professional development programs for members.

Golf
Assists in site selection and rules of play for this annual GWCAR event.

Membership & Sponsorship
Responsible for member recruitment initiatives and securing sponsorships for programs and events.

RealTOUR
Helps plan a tour of DC highlighting new and existing developments. Committee recommends focus of tour, secures sponsors, exhibitors & tour guides, and assists in production of collateral materials.

Retail Committee
Looks to increase the retail components of GWCAR's existing offerings, and expand involvement in the association among retail brokers.

Young Professionals
Looks to increase involvement in the association among younger members through new and existing offerings, and diversified communications vehicles.
